Fortium are proud to once again be a part of IBC's Cyber Security Forum on 13th September. This special event will bring together CTOs, CIOs and CISOs to talk about the biggest challenges the entertainment and broadcast industry faces when it comes to keeping sensitive content secure.
The main title for this year's show is Keeping Your Future Business Safe and will focus on to effectively manage cyber risk in broadcast. Industry experts will give insight into how to develop and implement an effective cyber security strategy across entire organisations. There will be various talks held through the day at RAI, Amsterdam, at this invitation-only event.
Fortium COO Ceri Coburn will be hosting a panel at the show entitled: Risk, Resilience and Reputation: Being Cyber Secure Across Your Entire Organisation.
The CISO has never been so important. With cyber-attacks grabbing headlines around the world organisations are realising that they need to move from a reactive, fire-fighting mode, where cyber may be regarded as merely an IT issue, to a proactive stance so that boards stay ahead of and manage potentially devastating risks. CISOs need to drive a comprehensive cyber plan for managing people, capital and technology risks across the entire organisation by aligning and integrating the relevant functions – IT security, human resources, compliance and fraud prevention, and risk management – into a cohesive, cyber resilient business.
Joining Ceri will be various CISOs who work for global broadcast companies. We will post more details on this closer to the panel date.
