Evaluate Our Products

If you are considering integrating with or reselling our products please contact us so that we can discuss your needs and explain how our products can provide new business opportunities and financial rewards.

Integration

Fortium’s software products are designed to be modular so that they can either be integrated with partners’ own products or provided as standalone software.

Dongles

Dongles are required to operate Fortium’s software as much to protect our partners as well as for the security of the software itself. Dongles are timed out for the period paid for or units purchased. If you are using software on evaluation which has timed out or if you have purchased software and your dongle has expired, please contact us for an extension.

Training

Product Information, FAQs (40kb) and Online Support is available for Partners who require training and support in the use of our Products. If you require more information we can provide WebEx demonstrations too.

Bug Fixes

If you notice a problem in operating our software please let us know and we will try to address it. We will aim to respond as soon as we can. When reporting an issue please try and give us as much information as possible together with the software product version number which can be found by right clicking ‘Properties’ on the software icon.

Software Upgrades

Our software products are continually developed with enhancements and from time to time we will issue software upgrades which can be installed on top of our existing software programs. We aim to update all partners simultaneously.
