We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment is received. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
Whilst care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling +44 (0)845 862 5544 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Royal Mail or UPS need to be left as they were delivered to you.
Special Saturday AM Delivery
If you wish to receive your order on a Saturday (before 1pm) an additional charge is payable. Please contact us for details.
Additional Delivery Information
When an order is placed using our Royal Mail Special Delivery service before 4pm Monday to Thursday you should receive your goods the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm Thursday, but before 4pm on Friday, should be received on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
Returns Policy
Whilst we hope that our customers are completely satisfied with any goods purchased, in case of errors or faults we aim to make the returns process as quick and convenient as possible.
If there has been an error in your order and you need to return goods to us please contact us to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. Such errors should be identified to us within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
If any items are faulty, damaged or not to specification please contact us to arrange replacements or a refund. All returned items will be inspected for correct specifications and manufacturing defects.
Returns Instructions
For all returning goods, please include a copy of your original Sales Invoice, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely with original packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods. We recommend that you use a reputable courier service.

Refunds / Exchanges Policy
All hardware sold by Fortium Technologies Limited are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Fortium Technologies Limited do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
Exchanges may be issued for Dongle hardware if contacted within 2 working days of receipt of goods, and if you agree to pay for the goods to be returned.
Please feel free to contact us in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above conditions.
Further Assistance
If you require any further assistance then please contact us quoting your order number. This number will be included in the email confirmation which you received at the time of placing your order.
